Website Maintenance Request Form

Complete this form to request maintenance on your department's website. Complete steps 1-5 below and attach any Word files or graphics. If you prefer, you may also print out a hard copy of the existing web page and clearly mark the corrections on the printout. Send printouts to Web Communications, mailcode 1024, or hand deliver to TAC-205.

This service is only available to departments whose websites were produced by Web Communications.

2. Indicate your deadline (if request is urgent).
Most requests will be processed within one business day; however, during peak workload times such as the start of a semester, please allow extra time for your request to be processed.

If this request is an emergency, please indicate the date and time by which your request must be completed.

3. List the location of your web page.

Example: http://studentlife.unlv.edu/staff.html

4. Attach any new text or graphics. (Maximum file size: 3 megabytes total)
