• Admit After Cancellation
  If your admission to UNLV has been canceled, and you would like to re-enroll, you must reapply for admission and pay the application fee. You may need to submit additional documentation including official transcripts.

  Mail completed application to Office of Admissions, 4505 S. Maryland Parkway, Box 1021, Las Vegas, NV 89154-1021 or fax to 702-895-8008.
