Bryan R. Clark

Bryan R. Clark is a founding principal of Cane Clark LLP, a Las Vegas based law firm practicing primarily in corporate and securities law. Bryan assists clients both locally and nationally with entity formation, public and private capital raising transactions, mergers and acquisitions, going public and going private transactions, compliance with reporting obligations under the state and federal securities laws, and with their general corporate and business law needs. Other attorneys in the firm provide commercial bankruptcy and tax planning services.

Bryan received his B.S. degree from the University of Utah at Salt Lake City in 1987 and his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1990. He also holds a Masters of Laws in Securities and Financial Regulation (LL.M.) from Georgetown University Law Center, earned in 2002. Prior to forming Cane Clark LLP with Ms. Cane in 2005, Bryan was an associate with Brownstein Hyatt Farber in Denver, a trial attorney with the capital crimes defense unit for the Clark County Public Defender, and a partner with McDonald Carano Wilson in Las Vegas. Bryan is admitted to practice in Nevada, Colorado and the District of Columbia.
