Las Vegas is the entertainment capital of the world. There are many hotels on or near the Las Vegas Strip. Most of them are about 0.25 to 4 miles from UNLV. The Conference recommends the following three lodging places:

Hyatt Place Las Vegas

This non-gaming hotel is located on the edge of the UNLV campus, the SW corner of Harmon Avenue and Paradise Road. This hotel is less then 0.25 mile from the conference site Carol C. Harter Classroom Complex (CBC). Please check UNLV map for directions. The special rate for this Conference is $99 per night plus tax. Go to the hotel web site: www.lasvegas.place.hyatt.com
Choose your check-in date and check-out date. Your arrival and departure dates must be between the dates of March 31, 2012 and April 5, 2012.
Enter group code G-SCAG in the box labeled Group/Corporate #.
You then hit the check availability button.
From here verify that your group name is specified next to rate details and if everything matches then hit book.

UNLV Conference Housing

The UNLV Conference Housing is in Tonopah Residence Complex which is very close to Carol C. Harter Classroom Complex (CBC) and offers individual suites at $36 per night: one room has one queen size bed, desk, chair, and night stand with lamp and adjoining room is furnished with a couch, television, coffee table, desk with chair, a mini microwave, a fridge, and a private rest room. Free in-room internet connections are available for all suites. Please check UNLV map for directions.

You have to register for the Conference first before making the room reservation in the UNLV Conference Housing. Otherwise, your reservation may not be guaranteed.

Bluegreen Club 36

This Resort is located a few blocks off the magnificent Vegas Strip between the MGM Grand and UNLV. You will enjoy the peace and privacy of a 1- or 2-bedroom suite - condo style with full kitchen and separate living area.
