Web Accounts

Web accounts are hosted on different servers depending on the type of account being requested. Please select the appropriate category to find the web account right for your needs. All accounts are available to the UNLV campus community free of charge.

Accounts for Academic Units, Administrative Units, and Campus Organizations

1. Apply for a Department Account Academic and administrative units, campus committees, UNLV-affiliated organizations, and student organizations are eligible for an account on the UNLV Web Server. Accounts must be used for official university purposes.
2. Update Info on a Department Account Complete this form to update your department or organization's account information. Accounts must be used for official university purposes.
   
   

Accounts for Faculty, Staff, and Students

1. Apply for a Faculty or Staff Account Faculty, staff, PTIs, and graduate assistants who would like to set up a website for teaching or research purposes can apply for an account on the faculty server. For more information about faculty accounts, contact the IT Support Center at x50777 or ithelp@unlv.edu.
2. Apply for a Student Account Graduate and undergraduate students are eligible for an account through the Student Help Desk. Students can use these accounts to access computer facilities, store files, and publish webpages.
